This course is an examination of Restricted Appraisal Reports and Oral Appraisal Reports as defined in USPAP. It explores the options of reporting the result of an appraisal that most appraisers rarely use in their practice. This course is designed as an initial overview and how to produce Restricted Appraisal Reports, Oral Appraisal Reports, and when they may be appropriate.
