Webinar Description

USPAP states that appraisers are not to make unsupported assumptions about market
conditions.

Does low supply mean higher prices? That is one old assumption you need to verify in today’s market.

This is our 3rd Episode in our webinar series, How to Excel for Appraisers.

In Episode 3, participants will receive a The Killer Workfile Template, which converts your MLS data into visualizations that show:

  • Supply/Demand
  • Marketing Time
  • Predominant Price
  • Predominant Age
  • High and Low Price (excluding outliers)
  • High and Low Age (excluding outliers)

The Killer Workfile template includes tabs you can customize for the way you work:

  • Add tabs for other Excel files like Market Change.
  • Use the Killer Workfile template to archive screen shots.
  • Save everything you see on screen in one convenient file.
  • Email yourself a single Excel file for access to everything you may need in the field.
  • Save one file to your form software workfile tab.
  • Go paperless without slowing down to save one image at a time.
