*Required Book:

  • Students will be responsible for bringing their own copy of the current 2020-21 edition USPAP (hardcopy or electronic).  *Note- the 2020-21 USPAP book was extended 1 year, so the 2020-21 edition is the most current. Students must bring their own copy of the USPAP Book.

  • The 2022 USPAP Reference Manual

*REFUND POLICY (24hr CancellationPolicy): Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours or more prior to the start of class. Cancellation must be in writing.

If you register within 24 hours of ClassStart, you will only be eligible for a transfer/credit. No refunds will be given within 24 hours of class start.

*CE ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS: The class is offered via Zoom Meeting. Computer audio/video, reliable internet connection, and 100% attendance are required for CE credit. We must be able to see and hear your camera, and you are not allowed to be driving or riding in a car during class. These are state requirements for CE.

*Class Reminders:

  • Class starts promptly at 10:00 AM Central Time
  • Student Check-in begins at 9:00 AM CT.
  • You are required to join the virtual classroom no later than 9:30 AM CT in order for us to take attendance, verify your identity and ensure you have the required textbooks.
  • Please make time to join early if you need extra assistance.

If you are on Pacific Time, Class is from 8:00 am – 11:30 am PT (doors open at 7:00 am).
If you are on Mountain Time, Class is from 9:00 am -12:30 pm MT (doors open at 8:00 am).
If you are on Central Time, Class is from 10:00 am-1:30 pm CT (doors open at 9:00 am).
If you are on Eastern Time, Class is from 11:00 am-2:30 pm ET (doors open at 10:00 am).

Tim Andersen

Tim Andersen is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, consultant, and reviewer.  He also does commercial real estate appraisal and Florida tax appeal work. He travels throughout the US teaching USPAP, and is an Approved Instructor for the Appraisal Institute. Have PowerPoint, Will Travel. Besides all facets of commercial real estate appraisal, other areas of expertise include writing, producing, and presenting webinars on all areas of real estate appraisal.
