Class Reminders:
Class starts promptly at 10:00 AM Central Time
Doors open at 9:00 AM CT for Early Check-in (recommended).
All students must join class no later than 9:30 AM CT on Day 1 so we can take attendance, verify your identity and ensure you have your textbooks.
Please make time to join early if you need extra assistance.
KNOW YOUR TIME ZONE: We’re on CENTRAL TIME, and class starts at 10 AM CT each day!
For Pacific Timers, Class is from 8:00 am – 11:30 am PT(doors open at 7:00 am).
For Mountain Timers, Class is from 9:00 am -12:30 pm MT (doors open at 8:00 am).
For Central Timers, Class is from 10:00 am-1:30 pm CT (doors open at 9:00 am).
For Eastern Timers, Class is from 11:00 am-2:30 pm ET (doors open at 10:00 am).

Zoom Refund Requests:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the start of class. Refunds cannot be issued once we are within the 24-hour window prior to class.
Registrations Within 24 Hours of Class:
If you register within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, you will be eligible for a one-time transfer only.
This transfer credit is valid for 30 days from the original class date.
After 30 days, the transfer option expires and the class fee is forfeited.
No Refunds for No-Shows:
Students who fail to attend or who are removed for failing to meet CE attendance requirements are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
How to Request a Transfer or Refund:

Course Instructor
Pamela (Pam) Teel lives near Austin, Texas. She’s a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, and a Certified Distance Education Instructor. After serving as vice president for a commercial property management firm, Pam became an appraiser in South Texas, appraising commercial, industrial, and residential properties. She then worked in the appraisal department of a national lender, where she trained appraisal reviewers until her retirement in 2016.
Pam is an instructor, course developer, consultant, and mentor for the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board, where she works one-on-one with appraisers assigned to do remedial education. She and her husband Harold Teel, an artist and retired architect, have three children and ten grandchildren.
