Join us for a Live-Virtual offering of the National USPAP Update class with nationally renowned appraiser instructor and industry leader, Diana Jacob, AQB ID: 44570.
This class will take place over the course of two days (3.5 hours each day):
Session 1: June 1st, 10am – 1:30pm CDT
Session 2: June 2nd, 10am – 1:30pm CDT

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- You are required to join the virtual classroom no later than 9:30am CENTRAL in order for us to take attendance, verify your identity and ensure you have the required textbooks.
- Class starts promptly at 10:00am Central (doors open at 9am Central).
- Please make time to join early if you need extra assistance. Moderators will be available to assist.
- REQUIRED TEXTBOOKS: Students will be responsible for bringing their own copy of USPAP (hardcopy or electronic) and Student Manual (hardcopy or electronic).
- Computer Video and Audio are required in order to enroll in this course. Your computer must have a webcam or built-in video capabilities.
- To check your computer video and audio capabilities, we recommend running a test meeting prior to class day on https://zoom.us/test so as not to run into any complications during class.

Diana Jacob, AQB ID: 44570
Independent Real Property Appraiser, Author and Instructor. Serves as an advisory consultant on real property appraisal both to independent practicing appraisers, attorneys and school providers of appraisal education. Over the past six years served as a compliance manager for two separate AMCs and wrote articles for “The Appraiser’s Business Companion”, a software tool designed to help appraisers prepare compliant appraisal reports and documentation for their workfile.
