Beyond the Clipboard – Webinar  Series |

Episode #1 Description

Have you ever wanted to provide scatter plots, regression analysis, trend graphs, depreciation studies, paired sales analysis, and statistical support for your adjustments—but didn’t have the time to become an Excel expert?

You no longer have to.

Marty Wagar and Tim Andersen will teach appraisers how to use AI to perform the analytics they have always wanted but never had the time or skill to create.

You don’t need to learn Excel. You need to learn how to ask better questions. Stop learning spreadsheets, and start learning analytics.

Webinar 1 in our series, Beyond the Clipboard, is designed to show what AI can do—not how to do it. Join us on August 11th to learn the basics of using AI tools as an appraiser.

Webinar 1 is specifically for appraisers who have little or no spreadsheet experience and simply want practical tools they can begin using immediately.

The goal is to teach the basics of Data Analytics, not how to become a spreadsheet expert.

Students will learn that AI is a tool—not an appraiser. Further, appraisers can practically and quickly use AI in their data analyses, but it’s the appraiser (using human judgement) who remains solely responsible for every analysis, conclusion, adjustment, and opinion contained in the appraisal report.

Future webinars in this series will get more advanced; teaching participants how to ask better questions, evaluate AI’s work, interpret the results, and apply those results in a credible, USPAP-compliant appraisal. Be sure to join and tell us what you’d like to learn about next!

Join us to learn the topics you need most, and stay ahead of the curve amid UAD 3.6

This webinar is NON-CE; it’s just high quality education designed to make you better at your job.

Beyond the Clipboard: What AI can do for Appraisers

Webinar Series Description

A webinar series (NON-CE) hosted by Appraiser eLearning; instructed by veteran appraisers/instructors, Tim Andersen and Marty Wagar.

This series is designed to teach appraisers how to use AI to perform the analytics they have always wanted but never had the time or skill to create. Our aim is to teach you the basics of Data Analytics, not how to become a spreadsheet expert.

We dedicate this series to appraisers who want to operate at the top of their field but aren’t afraid to ask for help.

Each episode will provide advanced training on how to use AI tools for Data Analytics and adjustment support for appraisers.

(it’s 2026, people; AI is here to be embraced or it will leave you behind).

Here’s the format of each episode:

  • Each webinar is (NON-CE) and $49.95/attendee

  • 90 Minutes of webinar training + 30 Minutes of Q&A and Instructor Consult (2hr total)

  • Each webinar ends with Q&A and a Post-Webinar Topic Survey- where we ask your opinion on what Topics to cover in subsequent  Webinars 2, 3, 4… so we focus on the topics you need most.

We start with basics on Episode 1, and in subsequent episodes we dive deeper into more advanced topics and sceanrios.

In each episode, Marty and Tim will provide learners with an advanced appraisal scenario (think of it like a case study). Each scenario will relate to a specific adjustment support topic and will use real-life market data. Learners will be asked to think about the scenarios and provide their solution. Then, together as a whole, the instructors will guide the class through the example solutions, and show a few AI tools you to help in your data analyses, so you can feel confident about including AI-generated conclusions in your reports.

We get harder as we go, and Tim and Marty will demand for your feedback throughout each episode. This is so we can focus future episodes on the specific adjustment issues or pain points you need most.

Join us. Let’s stay ahead of the curve.
