Appraiser’s Guide to FHA will review inspection, repair and reporting requirements.

Course Objectives:

  • have a general understanding of how to navigate the HUD website
  • know where to obtain copies of the HUD Handbook
  • know how to be notified of HUD policy changes
  • review old HUD inspection requirements
  • gain insight into HUD’s new inspection requirements
  • gain insight into HUD’s repair requirements
  • know when it is appropriate to order an inspection by a qualified professional
and, have a general knowledge of HUD’s expectations in reporting requirements

One of the best courses taken, mostly due to Bryan being an engaging speaker. Have had a couple where the presenter was most effective at putting me to sleep.

The course exceeded my expectations. I found it to be very informative and expanded many of the items in USPAP. I would recommend it to other appraisers.

Very Good – Lots of meaningful issues were pointed out with good examples.

Very good, well presented and the instructor was very knowledgeable of the subject

Better than McKissick. Great course with good material
