Join Appraiser eLearning’s ANSI expert Bryan Reynolds for four hours of in-person CE instruction, with a break for lunch, and an afternoon of optional Q&A and discussion with Bryan.
From 9am to 2pm, you’ll learn the nuts and bolts of the ANSI Measurement Standard — how to measure and calculate the finished living area and include all the required disclosures. You’ll also review the seven changes to ANSI in the 2021 Update and discuss practical examples and common problems appraisers face.
At 2pm, your CE is done, but YOU have the room until 4pm. Your instructor will stick around until every one of your questions is answered. Ask anything. Lyle Radke of Fannie Mae has also agreed to answer questions via Zoom, if his schedule permits.
