Course Description
Appraiser eLearning is taking ANSI on the road!
Join Appraiser eLearning’s ANSI expert Hal Humphreys for four hours of in-person CE instruction, with a break for lunch, and an afternoon of optional Q&A and discussion with Hal.
From 9:30 to 2:30, you’ll learn the nuts and bolts of the ANSI Measurement Standard — how to measure and calculate the finished living area and include all the required disclosures. You’ll also get a review the seven changes to ANSI in the 2021 Update and discuss practical examples and common problems appraisers face.
At 2:30pm, your CE is done, but YOU have the room until 4pm. Your instructor will stick around until every one of your questions is answered. Ask anything.

Hal Humphreys
Appraiser eLearningHal Humphreys is a real estate appraiser with more than 30 years in the business. He has served as an expert witness in civil and criminal cases where citizens (many times, appraisers) were accused of fraud or negligence and as a contract investigator for the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance. Hal is a founding partner of Appraiser eLearning.
