This class will take place over the course of two days (3.5 hours each day):

Notes:
- Class starts promptly at 9am CDT (classroom doors open at 8am CDT).
- Orientation begins at 8:00am CDT. Please make time to join early if you need extra assistance.
- You are required to join the virtual classroom no later than 8:30am CDT in order for us to take attendance, verify your identity and ensure you have the required textbooks.
- Students will be responsible for bringing their own copy of USPAP (hardcopy or electronic) and Student Manual (hardcopy or electronic)
- Computer Video and Audio are required in order to enroll in this course. Your computer must have a webcam or built-in video capabilities.

Independent Real Property Appraiser, Author and Instructor. Serves as an advisory consultant on real property appraisal both to independent practicing appraisers, attorneys and school providers of appraisal education. Over the past six years served as a compliance manager for two separate AMCs and wrote articles for “The Appraiser’s Business Companion”, a software tool designed to help appraisers prepare compliant appraisal reports and documentation for their workfile.
