Webinar Description

Join Scott Cullen and Hal Humphreys for a 2hr Special Training Webinar on percentage adjustments.

Learn how to derive and apply percentage adjustments, and gain tools you can use today to create more credible appraisals.

The first survey questionnaire was used in 1906 by an English scientist named Sir Francis Galton.  He is the man who discovered standard deviation, regression and other tools used every day by appraisers around the world.  In this class you will learn how one of his discoveries in particular can save you time on every report you write.

Everyone who registers will receive an outline of the class and an Excel spreadsheet you can use right away.  No Excel skills required.

We are instructors AND practicing appraisers, and our goal is to make you better at your job.

Don’t miss this chance to interact with us ‘live’ and have your questions answered.

Join us and stay ahead of the curve.
