Course Description

You know the saying, “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket”? The same goes for your appraisal practice. If you’re only doing one type of appraisal work for one type of client, you’re missing out on a whole world of opportunities.

In this course, Josh Walitt dives deep into what it takes to excel in non-lending assignments like tax rebuttals, pre-purchase assessments, divorce settlements, and estate appraisals. He’ll go beyond the requirements of USPAP and explain the whole process of each type of private appraisal assignment. From that first client call to the final report, you’ll learn how to gather crucial assignment details, conduct thorough inspections, and tailor your reports to meet the needs of each client type.

Ready to start taking new kinds of assignments? Join Josh Walitt and fortify your appraisal career against shifting economic winds.
