Fannie Mae employees are invited to an exclusive presentation of the NEW 7-Hour National USPAP Update (2026–27) Course, taught by nationally recognized instructor Bryan Reynolds.
Bryan is a well-respected USPAP educator known for delivering clear, practical, real-world instruction that helps appraisers actually use USPAP—not just memorize it.
Attend in person at the Plano headquarters or join through live Zoom with full proctoring for CE compliance.

Option 1: In-Person at Fannie Mae (Plano, TX)

Class doors opens at 7:30 AM CT.
Option 2: Live-Zoom (Virtual/Hybrid)
Dedicated proctors will verify identity, take attendance, and ensure webcam requirements and compliance with state CE rules.

Required Textbooks for the 2026-27 National USPAP Update Course (7 Hours)
To successfully participate in the course, students must have the following three textbooks:
- 2026–27 USPAP Update Student Manual ($35) – Included in the course price
- 2026 USPAP Reference & Guidance Manual ($75) – Included in the course price
- 2024 eUSPAP ($35) – Not included
Important Notes:
- The 2024 eUSPAP is not included in the course fee. It is the student’s responsibility to obtain this book. A current edition of USPAP is required for class.
- If you took the 2024-25 USPAP course, you already have a copy of this book, as it was also required at that time.

Class Schedule (Full-Day)
Class begins promptly at 8:30 AM CENTRAL TIME.
Doors open / Zoom check-in at 7:30 AM CT.
Time Zone Guide
- PT: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (doors open 5:30 AM)
- MT: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (doors open 6:30 AM)
- CT: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (doors open 7:30 AM)
- ET: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (doors open 8:30 AM)
All students must join no later than 8:00 AM CT for attendance, ID verification, and textbook check.
Zoom System & CE Requirements (Live-Zoom Participants)
To receive continuing education credit, state rules require:
- Computer audio and video
- Reliable internet connection
- Your camera must remain on and you must be visible
- You may not drive or ride in a vehicle during class
- 100% attendance is required
- Identity verification is required prior to class start

Refund & Transfer Policy
Zoom Refund Requests:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the start of class. Refunds cannot be issued once we are within the 24-hour window prior to class.
In-Person Refund Requests:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 3 days before the start of class. Refunds cannot be issued once we are within the 24-hour window prior to class.
Registrations Within 24 Hours of Class:
If you register within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, you will be eligible for a one-time transfer only.
This transfer credit is valid for 30 days from the original class date.
After 30 days, the transfer option expires and the class fee is forfeited.
No Refunds for No-Shows:
Students who fail to attend or who are removed for failing to meet CE attendance requirements are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
