This 7 hour class will take place September12th & 13th (*2-day session) |10AM-1:30PM Central each day

*CLASS REQUIREMENTS:

*Required Book:

  • Students will be responsible for bringing their own copy of the current 2020-21 edition USPAP (hardcopy or electronic).  *Note- the 2020-21 USPAP book was extended 1 year, so the 2020-21 edition is the most current. Students must bring their own copy of the USPAP Book.

*Included Books:

  • The 2022-23 7 Hour USPAP Student eManual, and
  • The 2022 USPAP Reference Manual

*These are both included in the class price and will be available in your student account for PDF download.

*System Requirements:

  • This class is offered via Zoom meeting. Computer Audio, Video and a reliable internet connection are required. We must be able to see and hear you on camera. This is a state requirement for CE.
  • We recommend testing your computer video and audio prior to class day by opening a practice meeting on https://zoom.us/test.

*Class Reminders:

  • Class starts promptly at 10AM Central Time
  • Student Check-in begins at 9AM CT.
  • You are required to join the virtual classroom no later than 9:30AM CT in order for us to take attendance, verify your identity and ensure you have the required textbooks.
  • Please make time to join early if you need extra assistance.

Tim Andersen is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, consultant, and reviewer.  He also does commercial real estate appraisal and Florida tax appeal work. He travels throughout the US teaching USPAP, and is an Approved Instructor for the Appraisal Institute. Have PowerPoint, Will Travel. Besides all facets of commercial real estate appraisal, other areas of expertise include writing, producing, and presenting webinars on all areas of real estate appraisal.
