Does appraising properties in foreclosure fill you with dread?
It’s understandable. You never know what you might encounter. The homeowner might be angry. The structure might be in extreme disrepair. (Wear boots.) And you may not be sure whether the client’s looking for market value or a cost to cure.
Pam Teel has your back. She’ll cut through the fear with straight talk about how to tackle assignments in various phases of the foreclosure process. By the end of class, you’ll know what questions to ask the client before you ever step foot on the property, how to handle inspections, and what clients are looking for in the report.
Got guts? Join Pam Teel for a practical how-to on appraising distressed properties. From handling hostile homeowners to avoiding courtroom drama, she’ll arm you with examples and case studies. It’s survival training for the bold appraiser with a sense of adventure.
Class is offered via Zoom Meeting.
