Course Description
This course is an examination of a challenging appraisal problem of properties with characteristics that limit the pool of potential buyers and create a “Limited Market.” We also address how to overcome this valuation problem.
Course Learning Objectives:
Identify Limited Market Properties and understand how to appraise such properties.
In particular, the participants should understand that not all properties qualify for traditional financing that can be sold to secondary market participants. These properties may not qualify for such financing.
