Join us for AeL’s Live-Zoom offering of The Appraiser’s Guide to the New URAR course, with Bryan Reynolds. This course, created jointly by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae for real estate appraisers, lenders, and industry professionals, will guide you through the transformative changes to the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) and Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) and help you seamlessly adapt to the upcoming UAD redesign.
In the class, you’ll explore the dynamic URAR and how it’s different from the legacy reporting processes. You’ll preview scenarios that highlight the new features of the URAR and learn how these changes will actually facilitate better appraisal analysis and reporting. And you’ll come away with a solid grasp of what’s required in the new appraisal reporting framework.
Class is offered via Zoom Meeting.
*KNOW YOUR TIME ZONE: We’re on CENTRAL TIME; class starts at 8:30AM CT Sharp each day! Doors open at 7:30AM
