Join us for AeL’s first IN-PERSON offering of The Appraiser’s Guide to the New URAR course with Hal Humphreys. Hal Humphreys is a real estate appraiser with more than 30 years in the business. He has served as an expert witness in civil and criminal cases where citizens (many times, appraisers) were accused of fraud or negligence and as a contract investigator for the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance. Hal is a founding partner of Appraiser eLearning.
