In this course, we’ll talk about how to handle rental houses or other properties that generate income. You’ll learn how to convert income or potential income into an indication of market value, how to consider prevailing market rents and current rental market conditions, and when to select this approach from your appraiser’s toolkit and deploy it in your analysis.
