There will also be a chance to join this live event via Zoom. The AeL production team will be on-site delivering this event to any appraiser with an internet connection and a front-facing camera. Refund/Cancellation Policy (LIVE-ZOOM): Refunds must be requested by email at least 24 hours prior to the start of class. If you register within 24 hours of class start, you will only be eligible for a transfer/credit. No refunds will be given within 24 hours of class starting.

Refund/Cancellation Policy (IN-PERSON): A $75 fee will be assessed to process any changes or refunds to the registrations. Refunds must be requested by email 30 days prior to the event to karen@storyboardemp.com. No refunds will be processed after 30 days prior to the event for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS.
