Three publications are required for students taking the [NEW 2024-25] 7-hour National USPAP Update course:
· The NEW 2024-24 7-HOUR Student Manual ($35)
· The NEW stand-alone 2024 eUSPAP publication ($35 value)
· The NEW 2024 USPAP Reference and Guidance Manual ($75value)
*The Appraisal Foundation requires us to provide you with digital copies of the 2024 USPAP Publication, the USPAP Guidance and Reference Manual, and the 2024 – 2025 7-hour USPAP Update Student Manual to receive credit for class. The TAF fee for these books ($145.00) is included in the course price
Refund/Cancellation Policy (LIVE-ZOOM): Refunds must be requested by email at least 24 hours prior to the start of class. If you register within 24 hours of class start, you will only be eligible for a transfer/credit. No refunds will be given within 24 hours of class starting.
Refund/Cancellation Policy (IN-PERSON): A $75 fee will be assessed to process any changes or refunds to the registrations. Refunds must be requested by email 30 days prior to the event to karen@storyboardemp.com. No refunds will be processed after 30 days prior to the event for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS.
