Join Appraiser eLearning’s ANSI experts for four hours of in-person CE instruction, followed by a complimentary lunch and an entire afternoon of optional Q&A with Hamp, Bryan, and Hal.
From 8am to noon, you will learn the nuts and bolts of the ANSI Measurement Standard — how to measure and calculate the finished living area and include all the required disclosures. You’ll also get a review the seven changes to ANSI in the 2021 Update and discuss practical examples and common problems appraisers face.
At noon, your CE is done. Lunch is on us, and YOU have the room until 5pm. All three instructors will stick around until every one of your questions is answered. Ask anything.

Bryan S. Reynolds, CDEI™ is a KY/TN Certified General Real Property Appraiser, a registered agent with the TN State Board of Equalization, and an AQB-certified USPAP Instructor. He’s a partner in Appraiser eLearning and owner of Reynolds Appraisal Service. Reynolds provides valuation services, seminars, mentoring, consulting and litigation support services nationwide.
Hamp Thomas — “Mr. ANSI” — is a Certified Residential Appraiser and residential square footage expert who, since 2003, has promoted the establishment of a national measurement standard for appraisal inspections. He is the author of multiple books and courses and a frequent public speaker on this topic.
Hal Humphreys is a real estate appraiser with more than 30 years in the business. He has served as an expert witness in civil and criminal cases where citizens (many times, appraisers) were accused of fraud or negligence and as a contract investigator for the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance. Hal is co-founder and director of education at Appraiser eLearning.
