When is an appraisal inspection required? What should be included?
This course walks you through everything you need to know about appraisal inspections, including best practices, tools, risks and safety, types of inspections, the use of trainees or assistants, and the question of whether an inspection is necessary for any given assignment. It’s a great review for real property appraisers, financial institutions, underwriters, and regulators; commercial appraisers and other property data collectors will also find it useful.
