- The NEW stand-alone 2024 USPAP Publication ($35 value)
- The NEW 2024-25 7 Hour USPAP Student Manual ($35 value)
- The NEW 2024 USPAP Reference and Guidance Manual ($75 value)
*These 3 books are required by the Appraisal Foundation to be owned by all students in order to receive credit for the class. If you do not already own these, please purchase them in the link above. Physical copies will provided on the day of class.
*If you register at the $199.95 course price, you are responsible for bringing all 3 required books to class. No exceptions.
