Learn when recognized adjustment techniques are credible and how to support them.
In this class, Steve Kahane will explain statistical and logic-based adjustment methods in detail, with basic instruction in statistics, algebra, geometry, and graphing. This math refresher will make the difference between causation and correlation in the data so much clearer, and you’ll fully grasp what specifically makes your results credible.
Throughout the session, Steve will emphasize the role your judgment plays in the adjustment process. He’ll touch on how to handle outliers, avoid data entry errors, and achieve credibility in your reporting. And he’ll go deep into detail in each category, including what USPAP and most clients require when you develop and report adjustments. By the end of the course, you’ll understand how to use correlation and causal techniques, which methods best apply, and how to support them in your work file.
If you have a fundamental grasp of adjustment methods, basic math, and work file requirements and want to dig deeper into each, this course is for you.
