The GSEs are laser-focused on objectivity in our market-to-market and GLA adjustments. Scott Cullen and Tim Andersen have created a class to address exactly that. In this course, Scott and Tim will review recognized methods for supporting these adjustments, and they’ll show you a graphic representation of the math behind the adjustments using Excel.
You’ll walk away with two ways to calculate a market-to-market adjustment and five ways to support a GLA adjustment. And Scott and Tim will provide you with an Excel workbook ready to use — to show your mathematical support — which you can screenshot and add to your reports.
If Fannie Mae or the state boards ask you questions about your adjustments, you can answer with confidence and show your work.
Class is offered via Zoom Meeting.
