Join us for AeL’s first IN-PERSON offering of The Appraiser’s Guide to the New URAR course with Hal Humphreys. We’ll guide you through the transformative changes to the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) and Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR). Designed for real estate appraisers, lenders, and industry professionals, this interactive session will equip you with the knowledge and tools to seamlessly adapt to the upcoming UAD redesign.
Students will delve into the dynamic URAR, examining its distinctions from the legacy reporting processes. They will preview scenarios that highlight the new features of the URAR, demonstrating how these enhancements facilitate improved appraisal analysis and reporting. Students will gain a clear understanding of the requirements for the new appraisal reporting framework.
